Connect Housing recognises that tenants may wish to move to alternative accommodation for a variety of reasons and we will try to assist any tenant seeking to move.

However, due to the fact that our supply of accommodation is limited, transfer requests must be considered alongside the needs of other applicants on the association’s housing waiting list.

Any tenant interested in applying for a transfer should contact theHousing Service Advisors on 01484 35 35 30.

We will also assist where we can with requests to exchange accommodation and will provide assistance to tenants who wish to take advantage of the national mobility scheme.
