Our tenant handbook sets out key information for tenants in relation to their Connect Housing tenancy. It is divided into sections for ease of use and should answer most questions about being a Connect Housing tenant.

Accommodation based supported housing services each have a tenants’ handbook that relates directly to the service.

The handbooks contain information on tenants’ rights, on repairs and maintenance, paying the rent and on how tenants can get involved.
