| Connect Housing is committed to the provision of a secure and safe environment for all our customers and we will deal with anti-social behaviour by taking firm action against all acts of anti-social behaviour, harassment and nuisance doing everything we can to support victims of harassment, nuisance and anti-social behaviour.
Anti-social behaviour is any behaviour that unreasonably interferes with other people’s rights to use and enjoy their home and community. It can include amongst other things:
- unreasonable levels of noise
- harassment and intimidation
- racial harassment
- using the home/neighbourhood for illegal purposes e.g. drug dealing
- failure to control children or visitors
- graffiti
- damage to the environment etc.
If you are affected by anti-social behaviour you should let us know straight away. We will investigate all reported cases and will treat the matter seriously. In the first instance please contact a Tenancy Services Officer on 01484 35 35 30.
