Whilst none of these can be guaranteed the association prides itself on seeking to support staff in their needs to work flexibly – and not just for child care reasons – and serious efforts are made to meet any requests made.

More important though is the fact that knowing that the association is providing a much needed service to those who are amongst the most vulnerable in our society and that you have the opportunity to contribute to this service.
