supported housing

Quality support services are key to our aims to build successful communities and promote social inclusion.

The association has a well-established supported housing team that successfully supports vulnerable people with a range of support needs, mainly in relation to mental health, domestic violence, and young single homelessness. The association has a contract with Kirklees Council to provide these services.

We aim to enable and empower tenants/clients to manage their own lives, and encourage them to contribute to the work of the association as a whole. This happens through consultation in a variety of ways.

We strive to continuously improve our services and the range of people we are able to support and involve tenants and clients in this process.

Our aim is to provide flexible services that can support people with multiple support needs by introducing generic working within our supported housing services.
