The association operates a points system that is designed to ensure that applicants in the greatest need receive the highest priority in tenancy allocation, (refer also to “home finder - how the points system works” and “home finder - application pack” for further information).

You will be notified in writing as to whether or not you have been accepted on to the association’s waiting list. The association carries out a 6 monthly review of the waiting list whereby you are given the opportunity to say whether or not you wish to remain on our list.
